JEE Advances is taken every year by the authorities to give admission in various IITS across India and Indian School of Mines Dhanbad. Only that Student can apply for JEE Advances who has cleared JEE Mains. As per the report more then 13 lakh students has appeared for JEE Mains Examination. Result JEE advanced

JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination, it is one of the toughest examination in India for the engineering examination in India. Every year lakhs of student appear for JEE entrance examination to get admission into premier institutes of India. JEE has replaced the earlier examination of engineering such as IIT – JEE and AIEEE.  JEE has divided into two parts, first part is called JEE MAINS and later part is being called JEE Advance.  There are certain rules to appear for JEE Advanced such as only eligible candidates who has cleared Main are qualify for Advanced. As per the report only 200,000 students are eligible for the examination. Candidate who will able to clear the advanced will be eligible to get into one of the IIT’s listed above.

Exam Pattern of JEE Mains

It has Two papers which is called paper – I and paper – II. Paper one is for the engineering courses and paper 2 is for architectural. Candidate can choose either one or both. It is available in both online as well as offline mode. Subject which is included is math, chemistry and physics. For every one wrong answer there is penalty of 1 mark and for every right answer there is 4 marks are awarded.  Exam has total 3 hrs duration.
